Jim is the third generation of his family to work at the Agency beginning in 1981 and taking over as President in 1988. He is a 1978 graduate of Penn State University and began his insurance career as an independent adjuster before joining the The Brett Insurance Agecy.

He holds the Certified Insurance Counselor designation and takes great pride in educating Agency clients about their insurance coverage choices. His focus is the continued growth of the Agency.
